2. Anti-Fraud & Multi-Account Prohibition Policy

SayOrbit maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance policy against fraudulent activities to protect the ecosystem for our users, publishers, and advertising partners.

  • One Account Per Person: Users are strictly limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts per individual, device, household, or IP network is strictly prohibited.
  • VPN/Proxy Usage: Accessing our Service via Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Proxies, Tor, Emulators, or any other location-masking software is completely banned.
  • Automated Tools (Bots): The use of bots, auto-clickers, scripts, or automated software will lead to immediate and permanent account suspension.
  • Fraudulent Information: Providing false, inconsistent, or AI-generated fake answers during surveys or offers is forbidden.

If any suspicious activity or violation is detected by our system, SayOrbit reserves the complete right to permanently ban the associated account(s) and forfeit all earned balances without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms & 30-Day Hold Period

SayOrbit is dedicated to distributing legitimate earnings to its users. However, due to advertising networks' mandatory validation procedures, our payout terms include the following:

All redemption and withdrawal requests undergo a security review. For validation and quality assurance purposes, it may take up to 30 days from the request date for the payout to be processed and released.

  • This 30-day period ensures that your completed offers or surveys have been fully approved and credited by our third-party vendors and are clear of chargebacks or fraud.
  • If an account is flagged or under investigation for any policy violation, the pending payment will be withheld until the investigation is finalized.

4. Third-Party Service Providers (Offerwalls & Survey Partners)

Our Service integrates third-party offerwalls and survey networks that allow you to earn rewards. When interacting with these providers, you are subject to their respective independent privacy policies.

Only providers currently enabled in your SayOrbit account are presented to you. Depending on the selected opportunity, an enabled provider may receive a SayOrbit tracking identifier and limited account, profile, country, browser, or device-category information needed to determine eligibility and attribute rewards.

We encourage you to review the privacy practices of these third-party platforms. SayOrbit is not responsible for data collected independently by these external networks.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to optimize and secure your experience:

  • To maintain, manage, and secure your user account.
  • To process, verify, and fulfill your reward redemptions and cashouts.
